If your work sells, the auctioneer will collect the payment + shipping cost from the buyer and the buyer's address is released to you.
You are expected to arrange shipping of the works as soon as you receive the shipping address. If it will take longer to arrange shipping, please contact me to discuss. Commission is charged at 30% of the sale value. There is auctioneer’s discretion of 10% to help maximize sales. (This means that if your reserve price is £100 for example and the final bid on your work is £90, the auctioneer will accept that bid.)
Once the auction ends, there is NO POSSIBILITY of chasing after bids that did not meet your reserve price as it will be too late. This is why it is important to price to sell.
The auction format is LIVE SALE and will happen on www.chalkwellauctions.co.uk
