Eligibility
Submissions of work are invited from visual artists working in any medium.
Submission Procedure
Submission is by online entry only. Please click on the link from our website and follow the instructions.
Restrictions
Artists can submit up to 6 pieces of original artworks in relation to the subject.
Maximum 2 artworks might be selected from each chosen artist.
Artworks must be entirely the work of the entrant, executed without the supervision of an instructor.
Artworks that, in reasonable view of the organizer, include porn, violence, and/or racial, and religious hatred, inappropriate and/or offensive content, are not admissible.
Entries must not be copies or derivatives based in any way on other copyrighted or published paintings, photographs or other artistic work. Any infraction of this rule will result in serious consequences.
Image Uploads
Image files should be JPG or PNG and no more than 5MB large. Upload time will depend on your internet connection speed so please be patient. If you are having problems uploading your images please use image editing software to resize your image to approximately 1600 pixels wide and then save as a new file. Image file names should not be too long and should not contain any invalid characters such as ' " & % * ( ) < > / ~ # + =
Pricing
Work selected for exhibition will be preferred to be for sale.
Artists can submit artworks that are not for sales.
No commission is charged by the organizer.
In case of sales, shipment is the buyer’s responsibility.
Communications
All communication will be by email or via the online login process. Applicants will be required to login to see if they have been preselected.
Selection
The Selection Committee will select the works for the exhibition. The Selectors will consider all correctly completed submissions. The decision of the Selectors on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Insurance
In case of sales, artist is responsible for insuring their own work for shipment.
Delivery and Collection
Artists are responsible for the delivery and collection of their work at the Gallery. All packaging materials must be removed after delivery (no gallery storage is available for this) and brought back at collection. If you are applying from overseas please consider how you will get your work to and from the exhibition at the required times.
Work not collected at the stated times will be subject to a daily charge of £10 and will be disposed of after one week.
Agreement
By submitting to the exhibition you are deemed to accept and agree to the following:
The decision of the Selectors on all matters Is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
I understand that The Organisers reserves the right to make such changes to the exhibition arrangements and these Terms & Conditions as may be deemed necessary by circumstances.
I authorise The Organisers To process, store, and utilise the data in my submission and agree that, if selected for exhibition, images of my work can be freely used by The Organisers, The Gallery and associated organisations for promotional and publicity purposes.
All information provided by me is true and accurate and that the work submitted is wholly of my own creation.
I have read and understood these terms and conditions and by submitting this application I accept and agree to observe all the Terms And Conditions therein.

We invite you to join us in celebrating the pale blue dot day on April 22 by sharing artworks that showcase your artistic expression of the "Earth".
Any abstract or representational interpretations of the subject is welcome.
We encourage visual artists, working in any medium to submit their artistic expressions about the subject and participate in another popular art exhibition from Diversia series by Exhibizone that so far has attracted 2,000,000+ visitors worldwide.

AWARDS
■ Group Exhibition
Selected artworks will be exhibited online for a duration of one full month in a smart international online group exhibition from April 22, 2022 to May 22, 2022.
(The dates are subject to change according to the unexpected circumstances.)
■ Public Choice Cash Prize
3 Artists with the highest rating in the whole duration of the exhibition will win US$ 300 cash prize.
The prize (US$ 100) will be transferred to each artist via Paypal.
■ Artwork Sales
Selected artworks will be promoted to sell via online exhibition link.
However, artists can set their artworks as Not For Sale.
■ Exhibition Catalogue
All selected artworks and artists will be published in a stylish colorful exhibition catalogue available in both online and print versions.
Artists can order for the print catalogue via print-on-demand service from one of the partner platforms. The online catalogue will be promoted and circulated internationally, becoming available to thousands of viewers including art experts, galleries, curators, businesses and enthusiasts, via popular publication gateways.
■ Promotional Badges
A digital promotional badge for each artwork will be sent to each artist to share in the social media.
■ Artwork Reviews
All exhibition visitors can submit their reviews and ratings of the exhibition and each artwork online. Artists will be notified about the received comments by email.
Visitors' comments and ratings can provide valuable insights about the audience's feelings and understandings of the artworks.
■ Exhibition Promotion
A promotion program will be executed to boost the selected artists' exposure and increase the artwork sales during the exhibition period. The program includes exhibition press release sent-out, catalogue circulation, social media presentation, etc.
■ Reports, Analytics and Insights
A report containing the number of views, reviews, artworks popularity, and engagement rate of exhibition viewers with artworks along with sales statistics will be sent to artists regularly.
■ Publication
Some of the participant's artworks might be published in art magazines and books, both online and in print.
■ Artist Profile Page
Each artist receives a free online profile page in Biafarin platform.
■ Certificate
A digital certificate will be issued for all participants and selected artists.
Each artist can print the digital certificate from Biafarin platform, after the submission is complete.
■ Free Shipment
Selected artists who are Biafarin members with Gold and Platinum package will use a free shipment of their artwork(s) in case of sales.
The delivery of all awards and prizes of this artist call is guaranteed by Biafarin.

GBP 16 for 1 artwork
GBP 10 for each additional artwork
Up to 6 artworks accepted per submission.
All payments are non-refundable.

By submitting your art data in this "Opportunity" organized by Diversia ("Organizer") and promoted by Biafarin, you as "Artist," are bound by the following terms:
Submission
- Artist is free to submit any collection of her/his artworks. However, offered artworks are subject to approval and selection by Diversia.
- Artworks that, in reasonable view of the organizer, include porn, violence, and/or racial, and religious hatred, inappropriate and/or offensive content, are not admissible.
Information
- Artist is responsible for providing all the necessary information for this Opportunity.
- All provided information by Artist should be genuine and accurate.
- Artists should immediately inform Biafarin of any changes in her/his artistic data.
Language
- All information and communications will be in English.
- In case of any discrepancies, the English language will be considered as the source.
Artwork Availability
- It is suggested to provide artworks for sales. However, artists are free to submit "Not for Sale" artworks too.
- All artworks for sales in the exhibition must be available for the duration of the show, unless Artist informs Biafarin otherwise in advance.
- In case of any availability problem after selection, it is Artist's sole responsibility to inform Biafarin that the artwork is not available for sales anymore.
Artwork Originality
- All artworks provided by Artist should be original and created by Artist without any supervision.
- By submitting to this Opportunity, Artist declares her/his artwork is not a copy, derivative or based on the work of others or in any way an infringement of copyright.
- Artworks that, in reasonable view of Diversia or Biafarin, include porn, racial and religious hatred content are not admissible.
Copyrights
According to Canadian law, Artist retains copyrights of their work.
By submitting to this opportunity, Artist grants her/his unconditional acceptance and permission for the use of her/his personal and artwork's image and data by Diversia, cooperative service providers, and third-parties, and allow publication and circulation of her/his provided materials and information in all advertising and promotional media both in print and digital.
Pricing
- Artist is responsible for setting a price for each artwork.
Selection
- All submitted artworks will be reviewed according to the overall criteria mentioned in the artwork eligibility section of this Opportunity.
- Each artist can submit up to 6 artworks. Maximum 2 artworks might be selected for exhibition or/and publication from each artist.
Announcement
- Selected artists will be notified of their artwork selection for this Opportunity.
Shipment
- When an original artwork is sold, it is needed to be shipped to the buyer.
- Artwork shipment arrangement is Artist's responsibility.
- In case of any sales of original artworks, artwork shipment fee with be discussed and agreed upon between the buyer and Artist.
- In case of any sales of original artworks, shipment costs for artists with Gold or Platinum package will be covered by Biafarin, if approved.
Commissions
- In case of any sales, Diversia sales commission is zero percent of the artwork price.
Sales Money Transfer
- Artist will either provide a Paypal account for transferring the sales amount to her/his account or accepts Biafarin to assign a Paypal account for collecting payments on her/his behalf.
- Received sales payments from the buyer will be transferred to Artist's account in the next related month by Biafarin.
Fees
- All fees are non-refundable.
- Transfer fees and tax might be applied to all payments.
Communication
- All communication will be handled via Diversia and Biafarin and the Artist's email account, which is presented in the time of submission.
- Artist should immediately inform Diversia or Biafarin of any changes in her/his artwork's position or communication situation.
Exclusivity
- This Opportunity is not exclusive. Each Artist can continue to work with other third-party entities.
- Artist's participation in this Opportunity won't prevent her/him from using Biafarin or any other third-party services.
- Artist will be informed of any exclusivity term from partner galleries, if any.
Continuity
- Organizers' team will do their best to run this Opportunity, however, they neither guarantee any level of exposure or sales via this Opportunity nor they are responsible for paying any damages claimed by artists or third-parties.
- This art Opportunity is provided to you 'as is' and 'as available' without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind.
Termination
- Artist can stop her/his participation in this Opportunity with a 2-week prior written notice.
- In case of no communication from Artist's side for more than one month, Diversia can stop the Opportunity without further notice to Artist.
- Artist's request to terminate her/his participation won't affect the completion of all running activities in this Opportunity.
Discrepancies
- Artist is solely responsible for all the discrepancies due to a complaint from a third-party concerning this Opportunity.
Indemnification
As an artist, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Diversia, Biafarin, and its employees and directors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
Other
- All Biafarin Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will apply to this Opportunity.
